Shipping information

We ship worldwide from Singapore. Here's everything you need to know about delivery, tracking, and returns.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Singapore delivery

Delivered by NinjaVan — standard delivery within 2–4 business days. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over SGD 60. For orders under SGD 60, a flat rate of SGD 5 applies.

International shipping

We ship worldwide from Singapore via NinjaVan. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and order total. Many destinations qualify for free shipping on orders over a threshold — you'll see your rate and any free-shipping eligibility during checkout.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Clynn By Nature has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Tracking your order

Every order includes a NinjaVan tracking number sent to your email once the package ships. You can also view your order status and tracking details from your Account page. Track directly at ninjavan.co. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Returns & exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. For opened products, reach out — we'll find a fair solution. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
